Top-Level Engagement: A Major Project with Heart!

Major sporting events regularly captivate the hearts of international fans. The Football Championship in Europe in 2024 was the perfect opportunity to showcase the expertise of FISCHER PLUS GROUP in emotionalizing brands and creating unforgettable brand experiences.

For a leading global retail company, FISCHER PLUS GROUP provided staff for the youth program accompanying the European Championship after months of preparation. Intensive planning ensured the smooth running of high-profile events at all the tournament venues.

Ultimately, the planning, organization, and staffing of hundreds of working days in various cities became the largest project in our company’s history—an emotional and professional highlight that all participants will fondly remember.

Our professionals cared for a large group of excited elementary school children, who got to take the big stage as little stars. Every detail was carefully planned, with background checks and completed first aid courses being a given for all our caregivers.

The winners of this unique program experienced a trip full of highlights around the European Championship venues. From training sessions to the grand appearance before a huge audience—it was an unforgettable experience, both for the winners of this high-profile sponsorship campaign and for us!

Our specially trained hosts and hostesses accompanied the participants from the airport or train station until their departure. In addition to the main event, our experience professionals provided a varied leisure program, flawlessly executed at every touchpoint.

The combination of event euphoria and our dedicated on-site team made this project a standout experience and a true test for our highly motivated crew. We all look forward to future events where we can connect brands and people through extraordinary experiences.

Masterpieces in experts‘ hands! – By winning the Richemont account, FISCHER PLUS GROUP showcases their expertise in concept design and execution

When a lovebrand wants capture attention in a suitable setting, it is time to bring FISCHER PLUS GROUP into action. For the anniversary promotion of Montblanc’s Meisterstücke pen collection, our brand professionals, in collaboration with the partner Brenner, have been engaging passers-by. The renowned manufacturer of exclusive writing instruments set up a pop-up kiosk near Munich’s posh shopping mile, Maximiliansstraße, relying on the charm and sales skills of FISCHER PLUS GROUP’s hostesses and hosts over 27 assignment days.

Postcards written with the promoted Meisterstücke pens were then sent by the client. In exchange for signing up for the newsletter, participants were rewarded with pretzels, pistachio croissants, and a voucher for a coffee from the Brenner restaurant.

For those with a flair for creativity, Montblanc, with the support of FISCHER PLUS GROUP, organized two calligraphy workshops, which customers could register for free of charge.

The result: The pleasure of handling the high-quality fountain pens, combined with the memory of delicious rewards and the attractive setting, created a unique brand experience. And we look forward to many more opportunities to demonstrate our brand expertise for Richemont with fresh concepts!

Jack Daniel’s × Coca Cola Kiosk Takeover

The brand-new cans of Jack Daniel’s Coca-Cola were ready to drink, and the promoters of the FISCHER PLUS GROUP were ready to “WOW” by “boarding” numerous kiosks in German cities throughout Germany for the launch campaign. Wearing branded caps, hats and hoodies, the promoter teams arrived in black SWAT-style vans to spray JDCC logos on sidewalks with chalk stencils, hand out Jack Daniel’s Coca Cola merchandise to (exclusively adult!) passers-by and stock the refrigerators of the astonished kiosk operators with JDCC cans. A successful marketing stunt that was the talk of the town, and not just in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich.

A Year of Growth and Creativity

A year full of new challenges, great projects and exciting tasks is drawing to a close: we were able to stage products and inspire people, fill places with life and charge brands with emotion. We would like to thank clients such as Buderus, AmericanExpress, Jack Daniels, Logitech, kununu and of course the kitesurfing star Finn Flügel, with whom we are planning future flights of fancy.


A big thank you also goes to our eager promoters, who brought the company’s messages to life very close to the target group with charm and persuasiveness.


Before we say goodbye with our best wishes for the festive season and the New Year, we would like to get something off our chest.

Amex Vibe On

For the premiere of the Amex Vibe On Comedy Aftershow Party, the FISCHER PLUS GROUP provided an eleven-person promotion team that packed and distributed goodie bags with vitamin water and muesli bars, conducted surveys, asked guests to take photos at the photo wall, and generally made sure that guests wanted for nothing. Once again, the FISCHER PLUS GROUP demonstrated true brand competence close to the customer and the target group. Logistics, personnel planning and briefing by professionals for professionals – a success in the sense of the FISCHER PLUS GROUP with many happy party guests.

On five days in mid-June, on behalf of kununu, the FISCHER PLUS GROUP sends some teams, dressed in branded windbreakers, to the bustling city centers of Hamburg and Munich. The perfectly briefed personnel provide information with in-depth knowledge about the key factors in the War for Talent and realistic demands in salary negotiations.

In addition to a warm smile and a practical to-go cup with kununu branding, thousands of members of the target audience get to take home relevant information about the appropriateness of their salaries, the most lucrative professional fields, and the income differences between Hamburg and Munich.

Logitech Handheld Promotion

For the launch activities of the brand new LOGITECH G CLOUD GAMING HANDHELD in the European market, Logitech relied on the people power of the FISCHER PLUS GROUP promoters in June.

Our perfectly briefed and highly motivated hostesses and hosts inspired thousands of visitors in 15 XPERION, SATURN and MEDIA MARKT stores throughout Germany. The target group experienced the innovative cloud devices in an attractive setup and was of course also allowed to take a seat in the gaming seats themselves and test the convincing features.
